TRAVEL TO DREAM DESTINATIONS WITH ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME

Welcome to the North of Scotland!

SUNSET, Eilean Donan Castle, Loch Duich                                              Photo © VisitBritain/Dennis Hardley

From the northern end of the mainland at John o' Groats south to Fort William beyond maybe-monstrous Loch Ness, from the fierce North Sea lining the eastern Aberdeenshire shore to the convoluted Atlantic coastline of Wester Ross and the Isle of Skye, Northern Scotland offers many of Scotland's great attractions set amid ever-changing scenery. Northern Scotland isn't all remote highlands and islands. Tucked amid the folds of the mountains and the inlets of the seas are dozens of villages and towns worth discovery. At least one great town, the regional capital of Inverness, qualifies as Britain's northernmost city, with much of its original 17th century architecture lining the arrow-straight River Ness that splits the town.

In our customers' own words —
"Everything in Inverness was fine. We found the restaurants and shopping to be pleasant and a nice change after London. The river is so clean and the air so fresh."                                       — J. Mowery, Illinois

In our customers' own words —
"The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful as are the wonderful stone houses. When we departed we missed 'our' sheep, as the lambs there had cavorted all around our cottage. The see two darling little lambs nursing their mother and wagging their tails happily was sweet to watch."
