PAYING FOR YOUR TRIP:
All payments are
to be made by

Late payments can result in the
cancellation of all trip reservations.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS in the amount
of $600.00 per person must be
submitted along with your completed

time determined with the initial
provisional booking is made.
Ninety days prior
to your U.S. departure, the
current balance of monies owed is payable by
your personal check.
Payment for any
last-minute orders or changes (made after you 90-Day Payment has been paid) is due prior to your U.S. departure.
CANCELLATIONS OCCURRING OUTSIDE OF 90
of U.S. departure result in the loss of our initial non-refundable
deposit and any non-refundable amounts or penalties that may be charged by vendors for cancelled airline tickets, prepaid lodging or any other trip element.
CANCELLATIONS OCCURRING AT OR WITHIN 90 DAYS
of U.S. departure result in the forfeit
of all monies paid toward your trip, including
the initial non-refundable deposit, 90-day
payment and any other payments.
ONCE PAYMENTS ARE MADE,
At First reserves the right to make refunds or apply
payments towards any future travel on a case- by-case
Home At First strongly recommends registrants purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance to protect
themselves against possible losses due to
delay or interruption of their trip.
Registrants should review all their potential insurance needs (including health, accident, baggage, emergency
evacuation, terrorism, and other coverage) to determine specifically what insurance they may need
for their trip. To help registrants with the insurance process, Home At First provides
about available companies, policies, and strategies. Home At First does not sell travel insurance, nor
does it become a party to any insurance policy contract between its registrants and any insurance
