GOLF COURSES IN
New Zealand

Explore New Zealand 18 Holes at a Time.

TRUE OR FALSE:
1. New Zealand is not on everyone's short list of golfing destinations.
2. New Zealand offers more golf courses per capita than any country in the world.
3. New Zealand's great variety of topography is mirrored in its great variety of golf
    courses.
4. Some of the best courses in New Zealand can be played for less than the cost of
greens fees on average public courses in the US.
5. There's rarely a wait to get on a New Zealand golf course.

TRUE, FALSE, TRUE, TRUE, TRUE!

New Zealand golf? How about golf courses as varied as this most varied of countries, courses where there are no lines for tee times, where greens fees are cheap by North American standards, in a climate that supports golf 12 months a year! Oh, yes, New Zealand ranks second—behind Scotland—in the number of golf courses per capita, but they are building more.

With some 400 public and private golf courses in the country, New Zealand has courses of surprising sophistication and challenge that are the pride of many small communities throughout New Zealand. And, close to most of Home at First lodgings throughout New Zealand are golf courses that reflect the local topography in ways unique to New Zealand.

FREE ADVANCE BOOKING OF TEE-TIMES!
        HOME AT FIRST
can pre-arrange golf tee times at any of the courses listed below for its New Zealand guests, who order by completing a special form after they sign up for their New Zealand trip. Guests also can have tee times arranged locally through their hosts, as weather and their mood dictate. There is no additional booking charge for this service, and golfers can arrange to play a different course each day if they wish, paying only the regular guest fees at each golf course.
