• Make reservations for the time &location of your choice. Confirm your 2027 reservations by paying the 2026 price for your 2027 Full-Package Trip. By locking in the 2026 price you avoid any potential price increases that may affect your 2027 trip’s international airfare, lodgings, &/or ground transportation.
THE DOWNSIDE:
• Once paid, your payment for your 2027 trip becomes non-refundable. At this point, consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in the full amount of your trip.

• TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN: Children under various age thresholds (2, 12, 16, even 26 years old!) may qualify for discounts on some aspects of your trip:airfare, lodging, &/or transportation passes (rail &/or city transit). Be sure to ask about any potential child discounts when you reserve your trip.
• TOURIST ENTRY FEES FOR THE U.K. AND EUROPE: The United Kingdom has already placed in effect, and the Schengen countries (basically, Western Europe except the UK) have announced tentative plans to require 2027 visitors from North America to pre-register on-line and pay an entry fee.
Entry fees (often called “tourist visas”) that are in effect during the times of your planned trip are not included in Home At First’s 2026-7 Early-Bird prices.
For the U.K., every short-stay visitor (6 months or less) to the United Kingdom (Scotland, England, Wales, &Northern Ireland) is required to file an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) pay (currently:October, 2026) an entry fee of £20 (about US$27) prior to departure for the UK. Completing the required form and paying the required fee are the travelers’ responsibilities. Full details are found at UK ETA.
Completing any required forms and paying any required fees will be the travelers’ responsibility. HOME AT FIRST will be able to advise you about the requirements, once they have officially been announced.
